About Me
Hi, I’m Eric.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works primarily with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and questions about direction and purpose. I also work with teens who are trying to figure out who they are, manage pressure, and make sense of what they’re feeling.
If you’re feeling stretched thin, stuck in your head, or just tired of trying to hold everything together on your own—you’re not alone. A lot of the people I work with are used to being the “capable one.” They show up, handle responsibilities, and do what needs to be done. But underneath that, there’s often overthinking, pressure, or a sense that something just isn’t working the way it should.
Therapy with me is a place to slow things down and actually sort through what’s going on. Not just talking in circles—but gaining clarity, understanding patterns, and figuring out what changes will actually make a difference in your day-to-day life.
My approach is practical and collaborative. We’ll work together to build tools you can use outside of sessions—whether that’s managing anxiety, setting boundaries, improving communication, or getting clearer on who you are and where you want to go.
I also have a personal connection to navigating long-term health challenges. I was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS), a congenital heart condition, which has shaped how I understand resilience, uncertainty, and the emotional side of carrying something that doesn’t just go away. That perspective often helps me connect with clients who are dealing with ongoing stress related to their own health or life circumstances.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to help you feel more clear, more grounded, and more in control of your life. Whether you’re working through relationship struggles or trying to make a big decision, we’ll focus on creating real, lasting change.
